PURCHASE HEXobjects
Picture
I was honored to participate in the 2024 MCAD Art Sale as an Alumni.
'm grateful to the people who purchased my art and am inspired as I work on my 2025 series.
Meanwhile, prints are available forthe 2024 series,
and I'm always eager to design custom HEXes.

HEXobjects are geometrically stylized acrylic paintings on 22-inch, hardwood round or square boards.
Inspired by Pennsylvania Dutch Barn Stars, HEXobjects are deeply embedded with symbolism, designed to attract all things good to the HEX keeper.

inspiration:
Hex Signs: Sacred and Celestial Symbolism in Pennsylvania Dutch Barn Stars

Borrowing from the tradition when farmers and other dutch folks placed hex signs on barns, homes, and other buildings out of superstition.

The signs were intended to protect the structures and things inside of them from misfortune.
